Compared with plate frame fine filter, this one remains the strong points of low investment, high working life and low cost. Apart from these, bag filter do not need to be cleaned. It can be replaced within 30 seconds, which is quite convenient and time-saving. And in terms of convenience, automatic self cleaning filter can perform even better. It reduces water turbidity and improves water quality by using coarse and fine filter screens to intercept solid impurities and particles in water. When the dirt on the strainers accumulates to a certain extent, the system will automatically open the drain valve and the sewage system inside the body to clean and eliminate those impurities.

Some particular bag filters can even filtrate special liquid. For example, plastic bag filter, which is made of polypropylene, can meet applications of different chemical acid-base liquid filtration by virtue of the excellent chemical resistance of polypropylene. Fluorine corrosion filters, another kind of unusual application percolator, are specially designed for high-temperature liquid, acid and lye.
