I have an Above Ground Pool with Hayward Sand Filter. When I Backwash it Starts out Fine then Stops
I opened the pool a month ago. The water has not been clear from the beginning but the pool shop tells me my chemicals are right. I just vacuumed before the backwash stop working. The Rinse does the same thing. It starts out fine then dies down until it stops. Please help.

my existing filter system is not getting the pool clean. I have gone through 4 filter cartridges and pool is still full of dead algae.

Jacuzzi Sand Filter Without the Top
Hey guys, I have a Jacuzzi pool (Its not a real Jacuzzi pool, Jacuzzi is the company name) and there’s a crack in the seem of the filter part (Not the pump), I’ve tried fixing it but nothing has worked. So I want to know if its possible to buy only the barrel part of a sand filter (There’s pipes at the bottom and you pour sand into it) WITHOUT having to buy the top to it because I really cant afford to pay the extra about 100 to 200 dollars for the thing I have already. If anyone could help I would be so happy, I live in Mill-bury Massachusetts, if someone could tell me a place in or about 1 to 4 towns away that would do this for me that be wonderful. Thank you so much!
I tried that, but the pressure is so high because it has to push threw the sand the selent just cracks.
